Sara Safrin has over 15 years of experience in software development, specializing in Fintech and Health Information Systems. She is the first female CBAP-certified business analyst by IIBA from Bangladesh.
She has served as IT Consultant for the World Health Organization and as DGM of Solution Delivery at bKash, leading cross-functional teams to achieve major product goals. At BRAC IT Services, she led requirement analysis for Finance, HR, and Accounting modules during ERP implementation for BRAC, the world’s largest NGO.
Sara also contributed to projects at BRAC Bank, ICDDR,B, and other organizations in technical and analytical roles. She holds an MSc and BSc in CSE from UIU and AUST respectively, and is passionate about mentoring professionals on their Agile and career development journeys.
